Webtimesheets The web timesheet functionality captures time and attendance information for areas that are not being rostered. Essentially EOL users are historically entering their work and absence. This is then ‘Finalised’ by the manager, just like areas that are rostered, to generate enhanced payments for payroll. We expect two types of units to use this functionality:
1. Units that are not rostered, but still want to use electronic timesheets – e.g. HR, other non-clinical areas.
2. Units that do roster but are not currently rostering on MAPS – the rollout will take time to get to them – who want to web timesheets as an interim solution until they get full MAPS rostering.
